I adore making baby cards and this one was no exception! 🙂

Cutest-Baby-Ever---yla

I copied a card I made a couple of years ago (found here) and changed the colors to match the baby outfits I purchased this weekend. (I love it when everything matches!) 😉 I made the roll of tickets by cutting a piece of Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock 7/8″ x 4-3/4″. I used a Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the sentiment three times in VersaMark ink, embossed with White Embossing Powder and then used a 1/4″ circle punch (retired) to punch the little half circles in between the tickets. The medallion was made by cutting a piece of scrapbook paper 1″ x 12″ and scoring every 1/4 inch using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool, folding it accordion-style and then using a glue gun to secure the medallion to a circle of scrap paper. While assembling the medallion, I ended up burning the LIVING DAYLIGHTS out of my pinky finger with the glue gun rather than mess up the medallion!!! Ah, the things we do for a little piece of artwork. 😉
