The Limited Supply Challenge on Splitcoast this week is a tough one! Use only three stamps, two colors for cardstock and ink (black could be used as a neutral) and one embellishment. I find it very difficult to use minimal supplies on my cards, especially when it comes to embellishing. I would have loved to sew on this card and maybe add a few brads or a piece of hardware. However, I think it turned out okay–sometimes less really is more! I love celery and black together–I think it looks so classy. I added just a little bit of Taken with Teal in the dress to lend some contrast and interest. I find myself using the Paisley background stamp with this set all the time–I think they coordinate perfectly with each other. The scalloped black border was created with a pair of generic scalloped scissors. Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!
