I created this card for today’s Ways to Use It Challenge over on Splitcoast.  We had to use something on our card that was brand-new and had never been used.  I recently acquired the Basket Full of Fun hostess stamp set and had never used the bucket and apples.  The ribbon on the card is SU!’s Prep School Ribbon Originals and is brand-new, too.  I’ve had this ribbon for nine months and I still strive to overcome the impulse to hoard it all.  The main image was cut out using the CM oval cutting system.  The scalloped layer was created with Marvy Uchida’s Giga Scallop Oval Punch.

Does this card look familiar to you?  If it does, that’s because it’s a CASE from the cover of Stampin’ Up!’s March 2007 Stampin’ Success.  When my copy arrived in the mail, I was overjoyed to see they had used one of my all-time favorite SU! images–my beloved watering can!  I have wanted to CASE that card for several weeks now and finally had time to put it together today.  This card was also made for Splitcoast’s Sketch Challenge for April 4, 2007.  Enjoy!
