I have been a member of Splitcoaststampers for over three years now. It is THE BEST stamping website ever! One of the things I enjoy most about Splitcoast is the daily challenges. This card was created for last week’s Sketch Challenge. I created the background using the Poppin’ Pastels technique. To achieve this look, stamp the Print Pattern background in VersaMark ink on the Apricot Appeal card base. Apply Stampin’ Pastels (chalks) with a Q-tip (I used Regal Rose, Close to Cocoa and Certainly Celery). I then stamped over this with the French Script background in Encore Ultimate Metallic Gold ink. I’ll be sending this to my Mom for Mother’s Day!
